Forestry Commission Scotland

£3.4M project to construct a new visitor centre and bike/outdoor shop at a popular mountain biking centre in Dumfries & Galloway. Upgrades to two other visitor centres at Glentrool and Clatteringshaws were carried out in tandem.

Huntershill Community Sports Hub

East Dunbartonshire Council

£8.7M Community Sports Hub in East Dunbartonshire with a new full-size, all-weather 3G sports pitch with floodlighting and a sports pavilion building, including 10 changing rooms, multi-use hall and meeting room. The hub provides a IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations) compliant six-lane track.

Glasgow City Council

£35M refurbishment of Kelvin Hall to house 1.5 million pieces from Glasgow’s Civic Collections, the National Library of Scotland’s Moving Image Archive and collections from the University of Glasgow as well as a cultural, research and training centre.

£1.2M Extension and upgrading to the existing community centre to provide sports facilities and library space for residents and community groups.

Scottish Government

£65M major construction project in Gartcosh, North Lanarkshire. The state-of-the-art building was built in three separate phases – we provided Clerk of Works services for the last two stages for shell and fitout of the four internal blocks and central atrium.

Clydegateway

£24M new build to provide new headquarters for Police Scotland in Dalmarnock. The development provides 120,000 square feet of Grade A office accommodation and was constructed over a condensed 18 month period as part of the Clydegateway regeneration in the east end of Glasgow.
