£9.3M restoration of Edinburgh’s famous Georgian Assembly Rooms. Complete upgrade of Grade A listed 18th century building structure and interiors along with installation of new internal services and facilities.

£20M Refurbishment and redevelopment of six Grade A listed townhouses featuring neoclassical façades designed by 18th century architect Robert Adam. Four separate offices were created within the historic buildings and a contemporary extension was added to the rear of the properties to create an internal courtyard and three storey office.
