Informatics Building

University of Edinburgh

The £37.5M development totals approximately 25,000 square metres with three principal users – the School of Informatics, the College of Humanities and Social Science and University Student Support Services.

Edinburgh City Council

£9.3M restoration of Edinburgh’s famous Georgian Assembly Rooms. Complete upgrade of Grade A listed 18th century building structure and interiors along with installation of new internal services and facilities.

Corran Properties

£20M Refurbishment and redevelopment of six Grade A listed townhouses featuring neoclassical façades designed by 18th century architect Robert Adam. Four separate offices were created within the historic buildings and a contemporary extension was added to the rear of the properties to create an internal courtyard and three storey office.

Maryhill Burgh Halls

£6M Conversion and refurbishment of the former Maryhill Police Station, Fire Station and Burgh Hall into new, accessible offices, cafe, recording studios and nursery. The original decoration of the hall included twenty stained glass window panels by Stephen Adam – these were removed from the hall in the 1960’s when the building was in a state of disrepair. Ten stained glass panels have been reinstated as part of the refurbishment project.

Arrochar & Tarbet Community Trust

£1M new timber portal framed village hall with a catering kitchen, community room, gymnasium and office to serve the three villages of Arrochar, Tarbet and Succoth

Fife Park Phase 3

Campus Living Villages

Phase 3 of a £25M project. This phase provided 224 bed student accommodation with a mix of flats, single rooms and communal spaces at Fife Park in St Andrews. We have provided Clerk of Works services for two phases of this development.
